Daniel M. Nelson
Dan formed Nelson Law Offices with his father, Roger in 2002. He is responsible for the day to day management of the firm and the clients. Representation consists of acting as corporate counsel and advising on such matters as contract and lease creation, negotiation and enforceability, litigation strategy, prosecution and defense, employee rights and obligations, as well as any other legal needs. He is also lead counsel in regards to litigation preparation, from filing through discovery to trial. Dan is also responsible for growing the business through networking with other counsel and clients. Dan lives in Wheaton with his family and enjoys long distance running and gourmet cooking.
Roger C. Nelson, Jr.
Roger has been practicing law since 1973. From 1977 until 2002 Roger was a solo practitioner in DuPage County. In 2002, Roger and Daniel created Nelson Law Offices, P.C., working together as father and son. He specializes in Small business litigation, real estate and family law. Roger is at this point, semi-retired and spends much of his time in Key West, with his wife Nancy of 47 years.
